Pick your box
Four tiers, from The Classics up to The Pantheon. If you are new, most people start on The Seasonal and move up.

Pick your cadence
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Weekly is 10% cheaper per box because it is easier for us to buy and pack against a known rhythm.

We buy on Monday
Your box is bought against real orders, not forecast. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for someone to want it.

It arrives Thursday
Free delivery across mainland UK, in a box that folds flat and goes in the recycling. No polystyrene, no plastic punnets.
Questions
- Can I skip a week?
- Yes, from your account, up to 11pm on the Sunday before. No email, no phone call, no retention flow designed to wear you down.
- Can I cancel?
- Two clicks, any time, and it takes effect immediately. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- What if something arrives damaged?
- Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we refund that item or the whole box, your choice. We do not ask you to send fruit back.
- Do you deliver everywhere?
- Mainland UK, free. The Highlands, Northern Ireland and the islands are on a slower service — enter your postcode at checkout and it will tell you.
- Can I choose what goes in the box?
- Not yet. Curation is what makes the buying work — we commit to growers before we know exactly who is ordering. You can flag allergies and hard no's in your account.
- Is this suitable for an office?
- The Pantheon works well for teams up to about eight. If you want something larger on a standing order, email us and we will sort a proper account.
